The road trip from hell….
Jade hardly has time to adjust to having Lily back before Paris’ presumed dead mother, Sakkara, shows up on her doorstep very much alive. She’s got an errand for Jade - face the Gorgon to retrieve an object Sakkara’s demon mistress wants. When Jade won’t take on Sakkara’s errand willingly, Sakkara banishes Jade to the demon world - a place known only as the Dearth - until Jade completes the task. Luckily (or unluckily - she’s not quite sure), Jade is able to pull a demon, Seth, along with her - trapping them both in Dearth until Jade faces the Gorgon. The devil you know, right?

Be careful what you wish for….
Since learning his mother dealt with demon magic, Paris has wished he could ask his mother why she practiced demon magic and just how far did she fall? Unfortunately, Sakkara hasn't come back to answer Paris' questions. Her only interest is securing the object her demon mistress sent her to obtain - no matter the cost.

How deep does Sakkara’s betrayal go? How much can Jade trust Seth? While trapped in the Dearth, does she have a choice? What will happen when they find the Gorgon?

Dry Spells Covencraft Book 4 eBook Margarita Gakis

I have read all of the books In this series, and have loved them all; but the editing of this one has been the worst. A simple spellcheck program could eliminate a majority of the sentence fragments and nonsensical wording that I had to decipher to get the intended meaning of the author. Duplicate words or misplaced spaces creating nonsense are too frequent. I would be more than happy to proof the next installment for free and still pay for the final draft. Paying for a book is a contract between the reader and author that this work does not satisfy. I expect much better.

Dry Spells Covencraft Book 4 eBook Margarita Gakis Reviews

I love reading this series. It would be even more fun if the editing was better. I have to go back and reread some sections that have errors just to be able to follow.
This book was outstanding. I enjoyed reading all of her books. looking forward to #5 of the series.
The fourth in a series of smart, fun reads. Great characters with a lot of funny, strong and snarky dialog. The characters have great chemistry...and the books all tie together seamlessly! Can't wait for the next one!
I have enjoyed all 4 books in this series and enjoy Miss Gakis writing style. She gives her characters depth and they are not just fluff. I also really enjoyed the Greek mythology angle. Now, let's get Jade and Paris together as a couple, they really need to speed up the romance so we can see a what else they, their friends and any evil friends or family get into next. The reason that I only gave the book 4 stars is that the proofreading was so atrocious that it seriously interfered with my enjoyment of the book.
I agree with the other reviewer about the editing mistakes in this book. I found it extremely distracting. I really like the characters and the story that Margarita has created here. She is doing her work and her readers a disservice in not presenting her product in a more professional way. I'm not griping about just one or two mistakes in the whole book, but so many that I lost count. There were often multiple mistakes on the same page. Like the other reviewer I'd be happy to help out at no charge. I really enjoy these books and want to read more from this author, but please listen to this advice to reduce the grammatical and other editing mistakes.
I generally hate it when paranormal series move into demon dimensions, Devon Monk's Magic series, Patricia Briggs' Mercy Thompson and the Hollows by Kim Harrison all being prime examples, but in this case it worked ok for me. Continued world and character development and moving the very very slow moving love relationship forward are all plusses. Better editing would be appreciated, but isn't a deal breaker.
A lot of the other reviews talk about editing being not well done.

Well, it's fixed. I only noticed one error D

And the book itself is written very well and is a great continuation of the series.
